Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 4500 platform or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. These Terms apply to adult users (aged 18 or above) residing in Bangladesh.
Registration and use of the 4500 platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If you are underage or your age has not been verified, we reserve the right to close your account at any time. Where these Terms are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative for users in Bangladesh.
Account Registration & Security
When registering with 4500, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual may only create one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for your login credentials, password, and the security of your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately. Sharing account access with third parties is not permitted.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
You must comply with all applicable laws while using the 4500 platform. Engaging in fraud, deception, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. Colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages, exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, and any form of account manipulation are all completely forbidden.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 4500 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via various approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each deposit and withdrawal, and are clearly stated on the platform.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be placed on hold. Bonus and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn, as outlined individually for each offer.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may request additional verification when necessary. Transactions under fraud suspicion may be blocked and accounts suspended. Tax obligations are entirely the responsibility of the user.

4500 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming. All decisions to play are made entirely at the user's own discretion. Any information, statistics, or analysis provided on the platform is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as a guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall in no event exceed the value of the transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time, with or without cause. Immediate action will be taken in the following cases in particular:
- For violating any provision of these Terms
- Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity
- For providing false information on your account
- If evidence of underage use is found
- If directed by law enforcement authorities
Any valid balance will be returned upon account closure; however, in cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure themselves, which will be processed through the support team.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 4500 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, interface design, and databases — is protected by our intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
Our platform may integrate third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and game suppliers. 4500 is not responsible for the quality, policies, or conduct of these third-party services. It is your responsibility to review their own terms before using their services.
Any external links on our platform are provided for informational convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or security of those sites, and their inclusion does not constitute our endorsement.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
4500 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be displayed on the platform and may also be sent to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms form the entire agreement between the user and 4500.
